Deleting your data

Last updated: 1 October 2026. Version française.

This page explains how to have the personal data that Ads Clear View (published by Frank Jost, 67 rue de Bayard, 31000 Toulouse, France, SIREN 478 306 541) holds about you deleted, whatever its origin: an Ads Clear View account, a Google sign-in, or data received from Facebook / Meta (Facebook login, instant forms, pages). It complements our privacy policy.

1. If you have an Ads Clear View account

Go to Settings → Account → Delete my account: the account, connected ad accounts, imports, conversations, reports and associated clients are deleted immediately, and your Google authorizations (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Merchant Center) are revoked at Google and deleted along with the Google data stored for them; technical backups are purged within 30 days. Only invoices are kept for 10 years (legal obligation), with no other data.

To delete only the data of one Google service without closing your account, use Data sources → Remove (Analytics, Search Console, Merchant Center) or detach the Google Ads account from the client: see section 4.7 of the privacy policy. You can also revoke Ads Clear View’s access from your Google account permissions.

2. If your data reached us through Facebook / Meta

This covers information submitted through a Facebook or Instagram instant form (name, email, phone, answers to the form), or through a login with your Facebook account. Two options:
