Terms of Service
Version of October 16, 2026. Version française.
1. Purpose
Ads Clear View (“the Service”) is an online software for analysing Google Ads accounts, published by Frank Jost (67 rue de Bayard, 31000 Toulouse, France, SIREN 478 306 541, “the Publisher”). It produces audits, recommendations, dashboards and client reports from the data the user uploads or authorises. The Service is read-only: it never makes any change to Google Ads accounts. By creating an account you accept these terms.
2. Account and eligibility
The Service is intended for professionals (freelancers, agencies, advertisers). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights over every Google Ads account you connect or whose data you upload, and over every client name and logo you add.
3. Plans and prices
A limited Free plan (1 client, 2 accounts, 5 campaigns per account, 30 AI messages per month with at most 5 per day, 3 one-off reports per month, Google Ads only, no client portal, AI included with no key to provide) and paid plans: Solo (€59/month or €566.40/year, 3 clients, 100 AI messages per month with at most 10 per day), Pro (€89/month or €854.40/year, 10 clients, 400 AI messages per month, 5 users), Agency (€199/month or €1,910.40/year, 50 clients, 1,000 AI messages per month, 5 users). AI messages are counted per calendar month and per organisation (all its users together); the counter resets on the 1st of each month. On the Free and Solo plans, a second counter limits AI messages per day and resets every day. A custom offer is available on quote. The limits of each plan (clients, monthly AI messages, reports, audits, history) are described on the Pricing page and form part of the contract. Subscriptions taken out before October 16, 2026 keep the price and limits in force when they were taken out (including the number of AI messages per day). Prices exclude taxes; applicable VAT or sales tax is added at checkout.
4. Payment, term, cancellation
Subscriptions are monthly or yearly, paid in advance by card through Stripe, and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your workspace; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, without pro-rata refund. If a payment fails, access to paid features is suspended after a reminder. Because the Service is for professionals and is delivered immediately, no statutory withdrawal right applies.
5. Artificial intelligence
Written analyses and recommendations may be generated by language models from your account data. They are decision-support material and may contain errors or approximations. You remain solely responsible for any change you apply in Google Ads and for its consequences. The Publisher does not guarantee any advertising performance. On every plan, you may optionally provide your own API key; you are then bound by the terms and billing of your AI provider.
6. Fair use
Quotas (AI messages, audits, included AI budget) protect the Service. The Publisher may suspend an account in case of abusive automated use, unauthorised resale, or attempts to access third-party data.
7. Shared reports and client portals
Reports and client portals are accessible through secret URLs that you choose to share. You are responsible for who receives these links and may revoke them at any time by regenerating the portal URL or unpublishing a report. The Publisher is not responsible for onward sharing by your recipients.
8. Data
You remain the owner of your data. The Publisher processes it in accordance with the Privacy Policy and uses it only to provide the Service.
9. Availability and liability
The Service is provided “as is”, with a reasonable availability target and without guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher’s total liability, for all claims combined, is limited to the fees you paid during the twelve months preceding the claim. The Publisher is not liable for decisions made by Google (ad approvals, account suspensions, API changes) nor for indirect damages such as loss of revenue.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, its code, interface and brand remain the property of the Publisher. Reports you generate may be freely used by you, including under your own brand on plans that allow white label. “Google Ads” is a trademark of Google LLC; the Service is independent and not affiliated with Google.
11. Changes to the Service or the terms
The Publisher may evolve the Service and update these terms. Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance by email or in the application. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably is submitted to the courts of Toulouse, France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or local rules that may apply to you.
